Asset Profiles has access to over 2,500 "Job Fit" patterns, ranging from President to Machine Operator, and Administrative Assistant to Zoologist. However, from time to time, companies will have a unique function, either by nature of the job itself, the product involved, or the target market. In these cases, we can create a CUSTOM SUCCESS PROFILE for that particular position. This can be achieved in several ways.

If the position itself contains enough top level performers, these individuals can be tested and the results used to statistically create success ranges. These are then used for not only future hires, but also to help mediocre performers improve.

Should there only be a handful of people in that position, we work with job descriptions, using input from department heads and HR, to create the parameters needed. All parties are supplied with forms explaining the dimensions and how they translate to the needs of the job.
